Which line will stop tomorrow, and why?

Ask about stoppages, OEE, scrap and energy in plain words. Teler reads your production data, shows how it got the answer and keeps watching.

Sample data

01 · Ask. In plain words, from Home or any chat.

  • Teler Cloud runs in the EU, on encrypted disks. Enterprise teams can run Teler on a dedicated machine or on their own servers.
  • Choose Standard, Zero Data Retention or European-only routing. Our AI providers never train on your data.

Analyses that repeat

Ask once. An agent keeps it running.

Three routines industry teams hand to Teler’s agents. Each one reruns the same checked steps on its schedule and tells the team what changed.

  1. AgentActive

    Line stoppage watch

    Does
Scores tomorrow’s stoppage risk for each line and flags those above 0.70.

    Every run

    1. Score tomorrow’s stoppage risk for every line from the sensor readings.
    2. Flag the lines above the 0.70 threshold.
    3. Send maintenance a ranked list with the readings behind it.

    Weekly OEE summary

    Does
Explains last week’s OEE by line and by type of loss.

    Every run

Ask it your way

Questions industry teams ask.

Type them as you’d say them. Teler picks the method, runs it and shows its steps. The answers below are samples.

01 · OEE

“Why did OEE drop last week?”

Sample answerAvailability, not quality: two unplanned stops on Line 7 cost six points of OEE.

02 · Energy

“How much energy does each line use per part?”

Sample answerLine 1 uses 22% more energy per part than the plant average, mostly while idle between orders.

03 · Quality

“Does the scrap rate change by shift?”

Sample answerThe night shift scraps 1.8 times more parts on Line 5, linked to a temperature drift after 02:00.

Questions

Before you start.

Not covered here? Ask us, or check whether Teler fits your team.

Can Teler use our machine and production data?

Teler connects to PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server databases and reads CSV and Excel exports. If your production system, historian or ERP can export to one of these, Teler can work with it.

Is our production data safe?

Teler Cloud runs in the EU on encrypted disks, and only what you authorize reaches the AI model. Teler works on its own synced copy of the data you choose and never runs on your production databases. Enterprise teams can run Teler on their own servers.

Can plant managers use it without data skills?

Yes. Plant managers, maintenance leads and quality engineers ask in plain words, and every answer shows how it was reached.

Can it keep watch on its own?

Yes, once you save it as an Agent. A daily watch can check stoppage risk every morning and post the result to your team.
