Do we need a data scientist to use it?
No. Teler does the data preparation, picks the method and runs the checks a data scientist would. If you are one, you can read the Python behind every result, rerun it with new inputs and script it from the CLI.
How is Teler different from a general AI chat?
A general AI chat talks about your data. Teler works on it: every answer comes from analysis code that runs on your data and is tested before you see it. The result stays in your workspace, so you can verify it, share it, rerun it or put it on a schedule.
Where is our data, and what reaches the AI?
Teler works on its own synced copy of the data you choose, so your live systems never slow down. Teler Cloud runs in the EU. Only the context you authorize reaches the AI model, and you choose the routing: Standard, Zero Data Retention or European-only.
Can we run Teler on our own servers?
Yes. On Enterprise, Teler runs on a dedicated machine or on-premise, with computing included and terms set in your contract.
What does it cost?
You can start free with 100 credits a month. Pro is €25 per seat a month plus VAT (€22 billed yearly), with 2,500 credits per user. Credits cover AI and computing time. Enterprise is priced in your contract.
